Indian adventures 2
Thur, 5 Oct 06. (Day four)
What I had for my meals today….
Breakfast: Roti Prata with chicken curry, coffee
A little too chewy but still edible. I suspect they used those frozen ready-made types. The chicken curry was too watery. Not sure how it was because I’m trying to have as little spice as possible. I’m already feeling a little constipated.
Yum Factor: 2/5
Spice Factor: 2/5
Lunch: Nasi Lemak
Well, their version of it anyway. But the rice was very well done with coconut milk. The fried egg slices and fish were quite tasty also. The sambal chili was not bad also. Finished off with a bowl of tom yum soup and ice orange favored water. Definitely one of the better meals so far.
Yum Factor: 4/5
Spice Factor: 3/5
Dinner: Masala Chicken, Curried Eggs, Curry Vegetable.
I knew it. The chef couldn’t take cooking such mild manner meals for very long without using his curry spices. Overall not bad. If not for the spice, I’d probably have second helpings.
Yum Factor: 3.5/5
Spice Factor: 4/5
Update:
Supper: Roti John, Coffee
wah... not bad leh.. quite a tasty way to end the day. Their version of the Roti John is more like thick slices of bread with egg omlette inside. Good stuff.
Yum Factor: 4/5
Spice Factor: 0.5/5
S, so sorry girl. I'm not intentionally tempting you... or am I? .. subconciously speaking. heehee..
Anyway, this can be additional motivation for you to expand your culinary repertoire. Maybe you can even start teaching danni how to cook??
Yum Factor: The higher the score, the tastier the meal. :)
Spice Factor: The higher the score, the hotter my as* is going to burn. :(
